Al-Kawthar Institute has been established as a non-profit organization so that the intellectual and spiritual legacy of the Messenger of Allah may be enlivened and nurtured here in this new land, that succeeding generations may be given the opportunity to quench their thirst for the sacred in a time of profound secularity. The founders of this Institute have recognized the necessity of making relevant traditional Islam without compromising it to the exigencies of the Modern Era.
